M500 Society Mathematics Revision Weekend

| General | The bar is open from 18:00 at weekends. All payments must be made by credit card. | |
| Coffee is available in the delegates area until 17:30 on Friday, and 17:00 on Saturday | ||
| Lunch for all delegates, plus breakfast and dinner for residents, will be served in the main restaurant. | ||
| Friday | From 13:30 | Refreshments available on the balcony area above the entrance foyer. |
| 14:00 | The registration desk in the entrance foyer opens for residential delegates | |
| 15:00 | The M500 registration desk on the balcony area above the entrance foyer opens for all delegates. After M500 registration closes, the M500 team will move to xxx (to be confirmed) in Nightingale. | |
| 17:30 – 19:30 | Dinner will be served in the restaurant for residential students, with a pay as you go service for those who are non-residential. Kents Hill site is cashless and only credit cards are accepted | |
| 19:30 – 21:30 | All TUTORIALS take place in the Nightingale building Individual module timetables and classroom details are published on the website and on the noticeboard in the foyer |

| 09:30 – 12:30 | TUTORIALS to include a break with coffee/tea/etc. at the refreshment point on the first floor of the Nightingale building. | |
| 12:30 – 14:00 | Lunch. This will be staggered to avoid congestion. | |
| 14:00 – 17:30 | TUTORIALS to include break with coffee/tea/etc. at the refreshment points in both buildings | |
| 18:00 – 20:30 | Dinner | |
| 19:45 – 21:15 | In response to demand Paul Cooper is holding a quiz in the bar area | |
| Sunday | 07:30 – 09:00 | Breakfast |
| 10:00 | ALL bedrooms to be vacated before attending tutorials unless you are staying Sunday night. Luggage storage is available on request at Reception | |
| 09:15 – 12:15 | TUTORIALS to include break with coffee/tea/etc. at the refreshment points in both buildings | |
| 12:15 – 13:30 | Lunch. This will be staggered to avoid congestion. | |
